Since 2004, Tina Lawlor Mottram has worked on many funded community projects in Kent and Medway. Tina studied art in Ireland and typography at the London College of Printing, now the London College of Communication. She has written successful bids to many organisations including the Arts Council, Awards for All and other local funders. See details below.
- 2004-06: Full Circle group in 2005, this art from recycled waste project was funded by the Arts Council. Community art and writing workshops, display of art in Gillingham Library and in shop windows on the High Street. Also in 2006.

Funded by the Community Safety Partnership, Recycle for Medway and Moat Housing.
Local children and teenagers and the wider community of tenants came to discuss what they would like in their garden, made suggestions for plants, designed the shutters and helped to create the garden.
